Table inventory_stock_2 show is_salable = 1 for configurable and grouped product which are Out of stock

Preconditions (*)

1. Custom stock with custom source and custom Website created
2. Configurable and grouped products created with child products assigned to Custom source with positive qty

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Set parent configurable and grouped products as "Out of stock" in admin and save
2. In DB check inventory_stock_2 table

Expected result (*)

1. Value for column "Is_salable" for these products should be = 0

Actual result (*)

1. Value for column "Is_salable" for these products = 1
