[Story #39] User license the preview image in Media Gallery #429

Story
As a Merchant I want to license preview in Magento Media Gallery so that I don't need to search for this image in Stock to be able to license it
Business Value
user can license stock images directly from Media Gallery
Preconditions
- Admin User is logged into Admin Panel
- Admin User views stock preview images in Media Gallery
Acceptance Criteria
- User sees the option to license the preview image and update it in Media Gallery
- User activates the option and license the preview image
- User sees the image to be selected after licensing is complete
- User sees the "unlicensed" label to be gone from the image
