New Taglist and Auto Blur

Taglist

Taglist can be viewed in 4 different ways now.
Above, Below, Left, and Right.
Above: The taglist appears above the text.
Below: The taglist appears below the text.
Left: The taglist appears on the left when hovering the item.
Right: The taglist appears on the right when hovering the item.

Auto Blur

In General there's a new setting called Auto Blur, at the bottom.
When this is enabled, the sidebar automatically applies a blur effect when the mouse leaves.
When the mouse enters the blur effect is removed.
This is for cases where privacy is desired, maybe when streaming etc.
