CMD+ , to open .vimrc option

Currently the CMD+, combination opens the preferences for MacVim
I could not find a way to remap this key but would like to use it to open my .vimrc file
I think it would be neat to have that as an option in the Preferences is this possible?

You cannot unmap the Cmd-, key combo because it's a shortcut for a menu item so the menu consumes the key before Vim uses it.

So just to make sure I understand, you just want to be able to unmap Cmd-, in order to map it to open your own vimrc? Or are you requesting a feature to map Cmd-, to opening your vimrc?

For unmapping Cmd-, I do agree currently it's not easy to remap it because the key gets eaten by the menu. We should probably provide a better way to remap the standard Cmd key combos like Cmd-C/V because it's a common confusion from people who use MacVim as those keys cannot simply be remapped by doing unmap <D-C> or unmap <D-,>.

For providing an option for Cmd-, to open vimrc, I'm not sure if I see a lot of value in that. You could just map your own key binding to do that, and therefore there isn't a lot of value in making a global option to do so.

I have na another idea to map Cmd-Shift-, as a default to make sure it doesn't conflict with the current bindings. Also it's a useful binding for everyone I think.
