建议WARP分流增加全局下排除域名的选项 #884

详细描述建议的内容
好像标题就已经叙述完了……
就是全局分流模式下，可以自定义一些域名不分流，应对某些对warp的IP敏感的站点。
虽然手搓配置也能搞定，但是如果脚本能自动处理就更方便了。
