So you want to run phantomas and get the following error:

Run the following as root:
echo kernel.unprivileged_userns_clone=1 > /etc/sysctl.d/00-local-userns.conf
service procps restart

Before reporting an issue please run phantomas in verbose and debug mode:
DEBUG=* phantomas "http://example.com" --verbose
and provide the output via gist link.
phantomas: (254) Page loading failed
Solution: Try providing --ssl-protocol=tlsv1 or --ssl-protocol=any option.
