Remove DEPNotify support, fix up some things (#82)

- Remove DEPNotify entirely from the codebase
- Update the README to direct people to the demo github
- Update the copyright dates for the scripts
- Update the launchdaemon to remove DEPNotify and add all the current features as commented out examples
