dlFilter is provided under a Mozilla Public License 2.0 - which means you can use it without charge, and can even modify it and distribute your own version providing that you do so under the same terms.

But without an income stream, support can only be provided by the authors on a reasonable efforts basis as and when time and priorities allow.
