Provide text to clarify that timeld remove and timeld list commands only affect the 'offline cache' of local clones (and are therefore "advanced" features).

Consider whether removing a gateway timesheet should also remove the offline one, or just mark it as obsolete since it's a potentially useful historical record (compare document sharing by snail mail!).
