Added statute "prover" extension loading

Refactored provers to receive a graph update filtered to affected shapes rather than the affected shapes themselves.
Refactored CloneExtensions to use ORM & new ExtensionSubject class
ORM supports for Lists, fixes and tests
Made extension access async to allow for use of extensions during update processing
