This PR fixes a few issues with the installation script and includes the Pisound configuration file that references the RNBO scripts.

The install script is made executable because it wasn't when trying to run the script for the first time.
All RNBO scripts are made executable. Some of them already were but not all.
A pisound.conf file is included as it's referenced by the install script but was missing.
sudo is added to the cp calls when installing the RNBO scripts and config file to avoid permission errors.
A backup file is created before installing the new Pisound config.

The conf file was created by running pisound-config.
