Add an option to consume a product after it's being purchased

It would be good if there was an option to consume a purchase at a later time. For example my users purchase an add-removal purchase, but then request a refund. After I refund the purchase there's no way for me to consume the purchase and I get this error message "Unable to buy item, Error response code: 7".
