Qterminal does not snap to column/row sizes #452

Launchpad bug.

I did some tests with GNOME Terminal and Konsole. GNOME Terminal snaps when dragging to expand/reduce the size of the window, and Konsole snaps after I let go of the mouse.

Hmm - i might have no sense for that kind of features - but why should Qterminal snap to column or row size? Why is this important
