Detachable tabs would be awesome.
Also, being able to move tabs between different windows.

How easy or difficult this might be depends on the code structure. I changed that of pcmanfm-qt just a little to implement it. FeatherPad was made to have it. But I have no idea about QTerminal yet.

if it not easy to implement we had to rewrite qterminal "a bit" - there are some other things to undertake if we start this adventure.

Oh, there's a serious obstacle: Qterminal isn't a single-instance app (pcmanfm-qt and FeatherPad are).

I'm not sure that making QTerminal single-instance would be a wise decision.
