Duplicate icons

I click to open and a file and soon after in my browser I click on go back to the previous page and the icons duplicate

I have this too but only when https://github.com/sindresorhus/refined-github is enabled

Looks like the quick-file-edit feature causes this issue when using Refined GitHub. Turn off quick-file-edit and that should fix duplicate file icons.

This was fixed by #17 but it was introduced again apparently.
