Option to accept multiple options not documented

Setting the "default" value for an option to an empty table seems to enable that option to be specified multiple times and return a table instead of a string, but this does not seem to be [documented](https://lua-cliargs.netlify.app/#/lua/cli/%23option):

```lua
cli:option("-f, --foo=VALUE", "set foo", {})
```
