Scrollify on MacOS Safari rubber banding. #403

When I set the setHeights option to false, on Safari the smooth snapped scrolling has gone to being very jumpy and having a rubber band effect. the css on the sections is

min-height: 100vh;

It works fine elsewhere but just not on Safari. Can anyone shed any light on the matter?
