pause, mute my microphone or disable my video camera during the chat

I have control over my privacy.

Acceptance Criteria

Buttons to mute, disable video, and pause the chat are visible.
Functionality works as expected during the video chat.

Additional Context

Visual indicators to show the current state (muted, video off, etc.) are helpful.
