What is the purpose of this pull request?

  • Updating deps, Installed latest Rollup, Vite and Vitest
  • Replaced remaining build types scripts with rollup-plugin-dts
  • Added jest-serializer-html for pretty snapshots

This also helps continue of development of #1765
