Use cases

I need to show unalignment between two values. When the values are aligned I use circle-equal, but there's no corresponding circle-equal-not.

The non-circle version already has both equal and equal-not.

Design ideas

I'd say the design of circle-not is fine, it just needs to be put in the circle.

Not personally. I'd say they're the same of the non circle version, just in a different style.
