Notifications that are sent by kuma to any channel do not respect the time zone defined in the frontend. Example: (UTC-03:00) America/Sao Paulo

I agree - this needs to be fixed. And Also should be 12 PM/AM hour format NOT 24 hr format

@jhonny-v46 This has been fixed in the 1.22.0-release by #3203 and #3152

I missed this issue when linking them to the second PR.
=> Could you close this issue as it has been resolved?
