Feature: Factory Models

With Factories fully merged, third-party libraries can now leverage the class lookup configuration for prefersApp to allow developers to "supersede" components with their own. Implementing this for Models would solve a number of the issues on this repo, as a the model would also determine the Entity return type.

But before I do the work of switching all the code over, I want to make sure that is a desired behavior for Myth:Auth. :) @lonnieezell?
