CPAN modules for OS X (intel, 10.6) and i386 Linux are installed in the cpan/
submodule.

If any modules are missing, the easiest way to install them is with
   cpanm -L cpan Module::Name

To setup a monitoring system in the 'monitors' table, run

   ./pool addmonitor email@example.com 127.0.0.1 v4

It will return an api key to be used with the ./monitor script.
