Extended Description

Please merge r344257 and r345470 into the 7.0 branch. This fixes the OpenBSD driver out of the box to properly use libc++ / compiler_rt.

This changes the default builtin and c++ libraries for OpenBSD. This is not usually the kind of change we take for a point release.
