Please merge https://reviews.llvm.org/rC344100 ("clang: Allow ifunc resolvers to accept arguments") into clang 7.0.1. This allows ifunc resolvers to take arguments.

FWIW, FreeBSD's build depends on this. It would be nice if we could get it into Linux/MacOS packages sooner rather than later (we're applying it to both our in-tree LLVM and our packages).
