Flang :: Lower/namelist.f90 FAILs

Between LLVM 20.1.0 rc2 and rc3, a regression occured on all targets I tested (Solaris/sparcv9, Solaris/amd64, Linux/x86_64):

The log shows

Apparently the CHECK-NOT needs to be tightened not to match bbb inside arbitrary strings.

I tried to test main, too, but the build currently fails for me with an assertion failure.

While a x86_64-pc-linux-gnu build on main fails in a 2-stage build, I managed to complete a 2-stage sparcv9-sun-solaris2.11 build instead: the test still PASSes there.

OTOH the test also FAILs on sparc64-unknown-linux-gnu regtesting LLVM 20.1.0, so the failure there seems to pretty uniersal.
