Revert "MIPS: Set EnableLoopTermFold (#133378)"
This reverts commit 71f43a7. Caused build bot failures: https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/190/builds/17267 https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/144/builds/21445 https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/46/builds/14343 please consider fixing the test failure in long-array-initialize.ll before recommitting.
