What would your feature do?

I have Googled this, searched Reddit, scoured YouTube, and came up with nothing.

It is often the case that areas of a picture I wish to mask with the brush are behind the inpainting GUI icons, and the brush turns itself off when you move it into this area. Zoom and move makes no difference because the interface is in a fixed position.

It would be REALLY awesome if there was a hotkey (CTRL H to hide interface ?), or even a button to turn it off, enabling you to mask out the area behind the icons.

Proposed workflow

  1. Go to ....
  2. Press ....
  3. ...
