Orientation based flyout position on mobile

It would be useful to have the flyout position of a modal based on the orientation of the device. ie: when in portrait mode you would want it to flyout at the bottom, while in landscape the flyout shoud be on the (right) side.

Currently the css that determines the position is computed in blade, but to do this, would require the positioning to be done in js, just like the tooltip positioning.
