Setup test discord server for testing purpose

Context

What's the context and background of this issue?
1 Currently there is no test discord server/bot for internal testing, while most of tests are done via official litentry discord server

2 Need set up a new IDHuber bot to be under company discord so keep it under control, and use it in production litentry discord.

What needs to be done here?
Set up testing litentry discord server
Set up it's discord bot
Set up it's production IDHuber discord bot

Acceptance criteria

Discord linking e2e flow using it in internal env passes.
