Came across this kernel panic when doing a TPM reset using blank passwords. I was just experimenting after a fresh flash and came across this. Not really something that needs to be fixed as the process to cause it shouldn't be done but figured I'd report it regardless.
Not sure how to dump the logs so here's an image of what I see:
Cause Panic:
Clean Boot Detection Prompt > Cancel
Ignore error and continue to main menu
Options
TPM/TOTP/HTOP Options
Reset TPM > Yes
New TPM owner password:
TPM owner password:
