  • Upgrade gems.
  • Fix CI warnings of using deprecated actions/node versions.
  • Switch to the latest GitHub hosted runners, and its software.
  • Revive the SPM checking by setting the correct -isysroot, which was wrongly set from Xcode 15.
  • Update to use the lasted devices for testing.
