[BUG][WEB][Chrome on mobile] cannot set group avatar in the creation form

Describe the bug

i cannot upload the group chat avatar in the group creation form while on chrome using a mobile device

Pre-Bug State

use chrome on a mobile device ( android for example ).

To Reproduce

1 - click on the new chat pencil
2 - click on create new group chat
3 - select group chat members
4 - try to select an avatar for the group chat

it doesn't work

Expected results

i should be able to select an avatar for the group chat

Context

• Device: Redmi Note 8 pro
• OS: Android
• Browser: Chrome
• App Version: 2.6.7
• Server: staging ( chat.stg.lin-saas.com )
