Banner with a reminder to turn notification on

Describe the feature

Our user can skip the step on the very first application run and not turn the notification on. But it's an essential part of the application, and we have to remind them to do it.

Describe the solution you'd like or your expectation

So we need to have a banner on the top of the screen

like this probably

A text should be: "Notifications on Twake Chat are turned off. Click the "turn on" button not to miss any message"
Where we ask a guy to turn notifications on. If it is possible just display one button to turn notification
This banner appears every N days, and it should be possible to configure it.
There should be a possibility to close banner, we remember the date when it was closed in local storage or whatever and then show banner after N days

+1 for it, especially in web app, user maybe not aware of notification permission request in browser.

Technically:

For the case of mobile app: we can detect it easily.
For the case of webapp:

• IMO, easy to detect notification settings of this webapp in browser
• But, it is harder if user did not turn on notification for this browser in System Setting
