Our user can skip the step on the very first application run and not turn the notification on. But it's an essential part of the application, and we have to remind them to do it.

So we need to have a banner on the top of the screen

A text should be: "Notifications on Twake Chat are turned off. Click the "turn on" button not to miss any message"
Where we ask a guy to turn notifications on. If it is possible just display one button to turn notification
This banner appears every N days, and it should be possible to configure it.
There should be a possibility to close banner, we remember the date when it was closed in local storage or whatever and then show banner after N days
