Break the line message only support for Replying an URL message , not working with other behaviour

Twake version: 2.4.8

Reproduce Step:

1, User A click to view a chat
2, User A send user B an url
3, User A reply url message with typing:
"abc [Shift+enter] [Shift+enter] def [Shift+enter] cec [Shift+enter] [Shift+enter]"

Actual:

1, Break the line is displayed correctly only with reply message as an url
--> "abc [Shift+enter] def [Shift+enter] cec"

2, Break the line is removed with all kind of other typing message

Expected:

Break the line should be supported for all kind of typing message
