With PhantomJS development suspended add support for Chromium

Since PhantomJS has had its development suspended is it possible to allow for other headless browsers such as Chromium?

That's a great idea! We are out of developing power/love at the moment, but this could be a good issue to tackle first once we manage to get the ball rolling again. If you want to give it a try yourself, feel free to open a PR and we will try to get it merged.
