Remove redundant addresses field from NodeAnnouncementInfo
...replacing it with an acessor `addresses()`. Besides removing a redundant data structure already present on inner `NodeAnnouncement`, this change makes it possible to discover new address types upon deserialization thanks to `UnsignedNodeAnnouncement`'s implementation.
