PayPal has code but I don't think it works. Feel free to use a new package. Maybe old one doesn't support Laravel 9. Support coupons. Get list of plans from PayPal API, I'll copy from Stripe to the PayPal account. Support 7 day trials. (https://developer.paypal.com/docs/subscriptions/customize/trial-period/)

Change role plan to purchased package using webhook/api.
