We're affected by this upstream bug: https://substrate.stackexchange.com/questions/5413/is-this-canonicalization-issue-a-problem-and-if-so-has-anyone-solved-it-cou

I think these are harmless, as we don't use any offchain workers, they should go away with our next sync with upstream.
