The library can be used to convert VGM / NSF data to PCM on the fly.
It recognizes:
- vgm files (AY-3-8910, YM2149 (MSX2) and NES APU (Nes console))
- nsf files (Nintendo Sound Format - NES APU)
make
If you want to compile with audio playing support, please use the following command Remember, SDL2 dev libraries must be installed
make AUDIO_PLAYER=y
mkdir build cd build cmake .. && make
If you want to compile with audio playing support, please use the following command (remember, SDL2 dev libraries must be installed):
cmake -DAUDIO_PLAYER=ON ..
make
For Windows: Please, download SDL2 development version from offical SDL site and unpack it to SDL2 subfolder before. If you have VC installed, cmake will automatically generate project files, then compile the project with VC.
mkdir build
cd build
cmake -DAUDIO_PLAYER=ON ..
./vgm2wav crisis_force.nsf crisis_force.wav 0
DONE
Now open crisis_force.wav in any audio player.
To play nsf music using vgm2wav (if you compiled it with audio playing support - see above):
./vgm2wav crisis_force.nsf play 0
