Wrong version

The version in the project file (0.4.7) doesnt match the one of the latest release (0.5.0)

As a workaround I've been installing from GitHub... no wheels available this way though, publishing correctly would be much better

OK actually I think this was occurring because the CI was broken. I just fixed the CI #78 , so it should (hopefully) be fine now. We need to retroactively manually publish the versions for which the CI failed. @leng-yue

I'll try to watch the CI to confirm that the publish workflow is working ok. Should it not be, I expect the issue will be either
