Toolbars are not showing

After using this plugin in fullscreen mode table toolbar or image toolbar don't show. I think it's because of css properities either z-index or position.

Update: i finally got it working. I start from fresh ckeditor5 copy and install the package from the exportpdf instead, than I build using the fullscreen only and now its showing.
Full width works fine, but if your page has some pull-right div classes, the maximize might not display full screen. To create an english version and french version, I have to create two different ckeditor folder by updating the fullscreen js file (unless there is a way to update the js file to make it bilingual base on the lang=fr or lang=en without duplicating the code).

for me installing the core/ui seperatetly wasn't working. Simply type in node.js: npm install , then update the fullscreen js file and src/ckeditor file accordingly. then npm run build
