Installation from tar.gz (source) file

Hi,
I have spent some time, after unpacking https://github.com/leenooks/phpLDAPadmin/archive/refs/tags/2.0.3.tar.gz to DocumentRoot (Apache WebServer) location, but there is no index.php or any kind of index file under top directory: /path/to/phpLDAPadmin-2.0.3

Moreover, here (gitlab) there are no docs how to do it, and seems it is assumed that everybody should know what has to be done.

Creating a document, with simple explanation where top point DocumentRoot and few tips would be fine (all I found in AI and forums is related to OLD PLA tool).

There is an index.php in phpldapdamin/public. Use it.

Like the above comments says, download it, extract it, and put the root folder in apache to phpldapdamin/public not phpldapdamin

And I had to issue:

:; cd phpLDAPadmin-2.0.3
:; composer install

in order to avoid errors...

BTW, pointing DocumentRoot to phpLDAPadmin-2.0.3/public has worked

Now,
I have different issue:

not sure what can be a problem:

Run the "diagnose" command to get more detailed diagnostics output.

Had some progress with:
:; composer install --ignore-platform-reqs
(I know, that is not proper way, but wanted to test PLA; and might be related to some local php installation specific setup)

composer install --ignore-platform-req=php+ this is acceptable in some cases to test newer php versions. Else you should not ignore the requirements.
I would add --no-dev to your command

And, opening site, I get

Some other settings:

• Apache VHost Conf: FcgidCmdOptions ... IOTimeout 90 is too low, increased to 180
• PHP ini file: memory_limit = 256M is too low, increased to 512M (?)

Installed 2.1.0 now, built using https://github.com/leenooks/phpLDAPadmin/wiki/Installation-Instructions#install-from-the-source-code guide.

I have set/changed ONLY .env file. Do I have to do anything more?

Still getting errors PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (increased to 1GB meantime):

Any suggestion is welcome

P.S: ldapsearch command, using setup from .env file works (ldaps server runs on same node, port 636)!
