<p>hi, I'm lorenzo. I'm a software engineer based in germany.
I was always obsessed about tracking (my own) health data and trying to optimize my diet, training and
sleep schedule.

<p>
I started learning programming as a c# (wpf,winforms) apprentice and was always fascinated by
UX/UI-Design.
<br />
After that i fell in love (and learned to hate) the web platform an became a frontend developer. Mainly
working with

and occasonly some <span class="vue">Vue</span>.
Ive built mobile apps with cordova and <span class="capacitor">Capacitor</span>.

Fast forward to today >>> I work as Software Engineer involved in several domains (backend, frontend,
cli-tools, python automation)

In my spare time i work on some side projects.

Because i love tracking and having a routine and all the available mobile apps were over complicated, i
started building my own minimal routine/data tracker app which is currently under development.

evaluatet.
Afterwards im trying some different supplements and tweak some parts.

Currently i dont have a optimal sleep schedule and my sleeping hygiene is less than optimal (mobile
phone in bed and doom scrolling in the evening).
I go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 6am.
