Minimum break duration =30 Min
12H rest between the end of the previous day's shift and the beginning of the next day's shift.

We want the program to give us the scheduling, AND satisfying all the restrictions
OUTPUT: CSV FILE Telling us for each employee what should be the shifts, while satisfying
the required number of employees + the Employee shift requirements.

Minimum duration if work : 2H
Maximum daily duration: 10 hours
Minimum break of 45 minutes every 6 hours
Daily hourly amplitude: 13 hours

Rest time between 2 days: 12 hours
Weekly rest: 2 consecutive days
Absolute maximum hourly duration: 48 hours
Each employee must plan his or her quota of hours.
