We could get renovate very happy if we could update axum-aws-lambda with the new lambda_http.

Yep. It's not a breaking change, but really annoying to fix every renovate commit.

I've been out on vacation and will get it merged and released.

I don't know what "renovate" is, and don't really care. If you need a faster release speed, you should consider just copying and pasting the literally 100 lines of code that make up this crate into your project.
