internal anchors don't work anymore (with 1.0.114) #933

Previous versions allowed to use internal (html) anchors, which I used as a workaround for the lack of internal markup references.

The following file (remove .txt extension) worked with 1.0.111, but stopped working with 1.0.114.

I believe it has something to do with change 57fd1a7

Any chance this can be fixed soon? Internal anchors are the only workaround for the missing [[toc]] functionality.
