[Enhancement] Repeat reminder until dismissed #609
Comments
Please add repeated reminders just like in Google Keep. I like dismissed reminders but to have reminders repeat forever (until the note is deleted or the alarm is disabled on the note) would be better in my opinion. |
Hey there, it looks like there has been no activity on this issue recently. Has the issue been fixed, or does it still require the community's attention? This issue may be closed if no further activity occurs. You may also label this issue as "backlog" and I will leave it open. Thank you for your contributions. |
Closing this issue after a prolonged period of inactivity. If this issue is still present in the latest release, please feel free to create a new issue with up-to-date information. |
Would love this addition. Google Keep does this and no other note app out there does, would be nice if Joplin did this. |
Hi everyone . I looking to contribute to joplin as I love to use joplin . Is the discussion finalised or I have to wait for some time to implement it ? |
Hi, we aren't going to implement this for now. |
ok..np . @laurent22 do you have any list of issues which are waiting for PR's . I will like to make PR's for them |
At this point we're mostly interested in bug fixing: https://github.com/laurent22/joplin/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3Abug+label%3Ahigh |
Could we have a reminder that repeats every day at the selected time until "dismissed". The idea is that I get a reminder on a specific date at a specific time. Sometimes I can't handle that at that time. I'd like the reminder to repeat until I mark it as dismissed. A way to do this is just advance the date for the reminder automatically until dismissed where "dismiss" just deletes the reminder.
