Historically, I ignored plotly because it was heavily tied to their (closed-source) servers. All graphs you produced was sent to their server and only available there. Now this is no longer true since they open-sourced their core libs (plotly.js). So this is an interesting alternative to bokeh.

Dash (based on plotly) seems very interesting too.
