Missing functionality from Tag field

Summary

Currently, there's no way (IFAIK) to access the following features that are essential for a better user experience:

1. Enable/disable closing after selecting an option
2. Hide already selected options

Test plan

1. Create a Tag field
2. Preload the options
3. You won't be able to select multiple values without having to click the element again (problem 1)
4. You won't be able to hide the already selected options (problem 2)

It'd be very helpful to have this features.
